A 64-year-old man stands accused of lewd and lascivious conduct on a 14-year-old child in Opa-locka, records show.

Police officers arrested Rolando Sanchez, who was born in Honduras and lives in Opa-locka, over the alleged abuse on Nov. 26 and June 1, records show.

On Nov. 19, Sanchez appeared in bond court, a Miami-Dade judge ordered him to stay away from the victim and set his bond at $7,500.

Court records show Sanchez’s arraignment on the two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child is at 9 a.m. on Jan. 26.

Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Laura Maria Gonzalez-Marques was set to preside over the cases.
