VIDEO: FHP trooper stops wrong way driver on Florida highway

TAMPA, Fla. — A wild chase was caught on camera between a Florida State Trooper and a wrong-way driver.

Dash camera video shows the driver speeding down the wrong way on the highway in Tampa on Sunday.

The trooper was able to catch up to the suspect and performed a PIT maneuver.

It took several bumps before the Kia SUV spun out.

The driver was arrested on a number of charges including DUI, fleeing from the scene of a crash and eluding officers.
