VIDEO: Florida ATM thieves rip machines from ground

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A trio of alleged ATM thieves were caught on camera at a Florida bank, ripping an ATM from the ground.

Orange County Sheriff’s deputies said the thieves have targeted ATMs across the county since May and have used the same method to take them.

According to deputies, the group steals a van, often a church van, and uses it to help rip the machines from the ground.

Deputies said Rodrigue Jean Jules, 24, Tenkamein Akeem Beacham, 28, and a 17-year-old were caught in the act at the Coin Laundry Café on Curry Ford Road on July fourth doing just that.

Jules, Beacham and the teenager were held in the Orange County jail on charges of burglary, grand theft, and criminal mischief.
