MIAMI – Miami police are investigating a crash that occurred Wednesday morning and left a motorcyclist injured.
The crash was reported in the area of Northwest 11th Street and 42nd Avenue.

According to Miami police spokesman Mike Vega, the motorcyclist was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital with possible broken bones.
He said the driver of the other vehicle initially fled the scene but later returned and was also taken to the hospital.
No other details were immediately released.
