MIAMI – Authorities are investigating after a man was killed in a shooting on Friday evening.
Officer Kiara Delva, a spokeswoman for the Miami Police Department, said the shooting occurred near Moore Park in the area of 7th Avenue and Northwest 36th Street which is right next to City of Miami Fire Station #6.

Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who appeared to have been suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Since this was nearby a Miami Fire House, some medics were immediately on scene to render aid.
Authorities said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries.
Police said the victim has not been identified.
According to Delva, no arrests have been made.
Investigators are trying to determine what led up to the shooting.
