MIAMI – Miami police are investigating a crash that left a pedestrian injured Wednesday night.
The crash involving one vehicle and a pedestrian occurred in the area of Northwest 62nd Street and 16th Avenue.

According to Miami police, the woman who was struck by the car was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital. The extent of her injuries has not been released.
A Local 10 News crew was at the scene as a vehicle remained in the area with windshield damage.
Police have not said whether the driver will be cited or face charges.
