DORAL, Fla. – More than 100 mailboxes in Doral have been robbed by a trio of thieves seen on video, taking everything they could carry.
What some residents of the Mediterránea subdivision near Ronald Reagan Doral Senior High School said they find even more upsetting is how they committed the crime.
The thefts happened just after 3 a.m. on Tuesday.
“They had the master key,” said resident Roderick Rodriguez.
In the video, one of the crooks is seen walking up to the mailboxes.
He appears to just pop in a key and easily open their way to the heist.
“How would they get their hands on a master key? I have no clue,” said Rodriguez.
They appeared to be riding in a black Mercedes-Benz C300, taking packages, letters and anything else they could get their hands on.
