MIRAMAR, Fla. — Police are investigating a shooting that left a man hospitalized following an armed robbery attempt at a gas station in Miramar, authorities confirmed.
According to Miramar police, officers responded to a robbery call around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Marathon gas station, located at 6390 Miramar Pkwy.
Police said upon their arrival, they found a man who was shot at the gas station.
Authorities said the victim was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital and is currently in stable condition.
No other information was immediately known at this time.
