HOMESTEAD, Fla. — A 26-year-old man used Snapchat, TikTok, and text messages to send sexual photos and videos in his attempts to set up meetings for sex with a minor in the Florida Keys, according to deputies.

Police officers arrested Rafael Felipe Bajos on Friday in Homestead and he was awaiting extradition at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County.

The 16-year-old victim was living in the Upper Keys, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Bajos, of Homestead, was arrested on an outstanding warrant related to the case of transmitting information harmful to a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and use of a computer to seduce, solicit, and lure a minor.
