Florida Department of Corrections officials said the victim told a detective Wednesday that Officer Jerry Brawley III had ordered the inmates to remain in their cells during the midnight count.

Shortly thereafter, he told her to enter the officer station, she claimed.

According to the report, the victim complied and as soon as she entered, Brawley moved the inmate tablet charging station against the officer station window to block the view of the officer station.

He then turned off the lights and shut the door, authorities said.

According to the report, Brawley approached the inmate and told her to “Give me some p****.”

Police said the victim complied, having sex with Brawley before returning to her cell.

According to the report, surveillance video confirms the timeframe the victim claimed she was in the officer station and confirmed that Brawley had turned off the lights.

Police said he provided a statement to a detective, however his statement was redacted from the publicly released report.

Brawley faces one count sexual misconduct with a detainee.

He appeared in court Thursday and was granted a $2,500 bond. If he posts bond, he must stay at least 500 feet away from the victim and is not allowed to have any kind of contact with her.

A spokesperson for the Florida Department of Corrections confirmed that Brawley has been fired and “is currently under criminal investigation by the Office of Inspector General.”
