‘Pimp’ trafficked 19-year-old in South Florida, beat her when she was ‘bad for business,’ cops say

MIAMI – A 46-year-old man from Georgia acted as a “pimp” for his 19-year-old girlfriend, bringing her to South Florida and keeping her here under duress until she got away from him over the weekend, according to police.

A Miami-Dade police report states that Prince Pierre, originally from McDonough, Georgia, and residing in North Miami at the time of his arrest, first met the victim in Atlanta in October.

Police said after they met, he “told her that he could assist her in making money and explained he could be her pimp.”

The victim, police said, sent Pierre provocative photos and he began posting them on escort pages in Atlanta.

Police said Pierre would set the woman up on five “dates” per day, in which she was expected to have sex for money, and would shuttle her around in his white Nissan.

Pierre set the prices at up to $500 per hour, the report states.

Authorities said the victim was expected to make roughly $1,000 per day, though the quota wasn’t strictly enforced, but she wouldn’t get to keep any of the money. She tattooed Pierre’s name on her neck and chest, police said.

In January, Pierre and the victim came to the Miami area, where she continued to work as an escort, according to police.

Pierre “would manipulate her to stay emotionally and (used) her children’s financial needs as a reason to stay,” police wrote.

During their time in South Florida, police said Pierre beat the woman as many as 10 times for “acting out or talking back, which was bad for business.”

Police said she took a photo of the aftermath of an April 7 incident where he busted her lip after she told him she wanted to stop prostituting and return to Atlanta.

The report states that on Saturday, the two got into another argument. Police said the victim told Pierre she wanted her identification card back, angering him to the point where he struck her on the head with his cellphone and “bit (her) on her left arm.”

It states that she called police simply stating she wanted her ID back and Pierre gave it to her when officers arrived.

Later that day, she again told Pierre that she wanted to go back to Atlanta, police said.

“The victim gathered her belongings and asked an (acquaintance) named Bryan to order her an Uber to drive her to the bus station. While on the way to the bus station, the victim observed (Pierre) following her Uber,” police wrote. “Once they arrived at the bus station, (Pierre) approached her and grabbed her luggage in an attempt to keep her from leaving.”

Police said during the struggle, the victim dropped her cellphone, which Pierre grabbed and took off with.

Miami-Dade police tracked down Pierre a short time later, the report states.

During an interview at a police station, Pierre claimed that he owned a modeling company called “Made for Royalty” that “promotes dancers,” police said.

He told police that he would charge the women “different fees for his services,” including “his security,” driving them to and from “work or dates” and picking up food for them, the report states. Police said he claimed he would charge them 15% for working for him and that the victim would “tip him very well.”

Pierre told detectives that while in Miami, he would rent hotel rooms for them to live in as well as “a place for the victim to service her customers,” police said.

He “denied being (involved) in human sex trafficking,” police wrote.

That, however, is exactly what Pierre is being charged with.

He’s facing two counts of human trafficking, one count of deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution, renting space for the use of prostitution and strong-armed robbery.

A judge ordered he remain behind bars without bond in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, jail records showed Monday.
