MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Miami-Dade Fire Rescue crews responded to the scene of an active gas leak Thursday morning in Miami Gardens.
The gas leak was reported in the 3000 block of Northwest 161st Terrace after crews working in the area struck a pipe line.
According to MDFR officials, four homes were evacuated.
The gas leak has since been mitigated.
No other details were immediately released.
