MIAMI — A 7-year-old girl who was run over outside a Navarro pharmacy on Monday has sadly passed away.

The family of Stephanie Figueredo said she’s passed away, and that her organs have been donated.

The little girl was walking out of the pharmacy off of Coral Way and Southwest 32nd Avenue with her mother Monday afternoon when police said a 92-year-old driver of a red SUV mixed up the gas and brake pedals and ran her over.

The driver was cited for the crash.

The family is saying they want to see charges brought against her.
