COCONUT CREEK, Fla. — Coconut Creek police are conducting a homicide investigation Tuesday night in the Coco Parc community, authorities confirmed to Local 10 News.
The investigation is happening in the 900 block of Lyons Road.
The police department posted on X, formerly Twitter, urging residents in the area, including nearby Coco Palms and Coco Pointe, to remain indoors until the investigation is over.
People in the area told Local 10′s Cody Weddle that the victim had been shot.
No other details were immediately released.
