Man, 39, found safe after being reported missing from North Lauderdale

NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit have located 39-year-old Anwar Archer, after they said he was reported missing from North Lauderdale.

According to investigators, Archer was hit by a vehicle on Dec. 14 in North Lauderdale.

Authorities said he was then transported to a nearby hospital as a “John Doe.” The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
