Palm Beach deputies search for missing 72-year-old man with dementia

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 72-year-old man who they said was recently reported missing and endangered.

Kamel Salameh, who was last seen on Jan. 11 in Loxahatchee, was wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, black pants with a white stripe, black sandals, and carrying a dark-colored walking cane, according to deputies. He has gray hair and brown eyes.

Investigators say Kamel, who has early onset dementia, is driving a dark gray 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 with Florida tag ERUC84.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PBSO at 561-688-3400 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
