ISLAMORADA, Fla. — A 47-year-old man stands accused Thursday of cocaine trafficking in the Florida Keys.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were conducting an investigation when they identified Rene Mancia as a suspect.
Mancia, also known as Rene Antonio Mancia Brizuela, sold an ounce of cocaine and had 3.8 grams of “individually wrapped cocaine,” according to deputies.
Deputies arrested Mancia on Wednesday in Islamorada and reported he also had pending charges for cocaine sales stemming from two 2024 warrants.
