Jail records show Nathan Gingles is facing three counts of first-degree murder, among several other felony charges that include kidnapping.

According to police, Andrew Ferrin, a neighbor of Mary Gingles, was killed last Sunday by her estranged husband, Nathan Gingles.

Deputies say he also killed Mary Gingles and her father, David Ponzer.

Nathan Gingles remains behind bars at the Broward Main Jail where he is being held without bond.

In the days since the crime, we’ve learned Mary Gingles was going through a contentious divorce and called the Broward Sheriff’s Office dozens of times to report her estranged husband’s escalating violent behavior, but little was ever done, and an injunction to have his weapons confiscated by deputies in December never happened.
