FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Police said Saturday morning that a second victim died at the hospital following a triple shooting Friday at a home a few blocks south of Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.
The third victim remained in critical condition at a local hospital, according to Fort Lauderdale police.
Police said officers responded to reports of shots fired around 9:45 a.m. Friday in the 4500 block of Twin Lakes Boulevard.
They said officers found two people suffering from gunshot wounds and a third person inside a nearby home.
Authorities have not yet publicly identified any of the victims and have not released information about a possible motive or suspect at this time.
A Fort Lauderdale police officer told Local 10 News, “We do believe that we have all of the parties involved at this point so we’re not looking for anyone.”
