According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Nadyne Marie Tillman, of Key Largo, met the suspect, Dylan Lamb, at the Amoray Dive Resort at 104250 Overseas Highway on Saturday.

Deputies said Lamb beat her to death. The 33-year-old Key Largo resident was on probation for grand theft auto at the time of his arrest.

According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Tillman was reported missing on Monday after her daughter stopped hearing from her.

Deputies said when they went to the Amoray Dive Resort at 104250 Overseas Highway, they found her body “hidden” in Lamb’s room on Monday.

Authorities said they found Lamb in Key Largo on Tuesday and arrested him.

“I want to thank the men and women of the Sheriff’s Office for working around the clock to make an arrest in this case,” Sheriff Rick Ramsay said in a news release. “While the investigation remains ongoing, there do not appear to be any other individuals involved in this incident.”

Lamb is now facing a murder charge.
