Police said he was “apprehended without incident” after a “felony traffic stop on a silver Toyota RAV4.”

The motive for the shooting remained unknown Monday.

Ismail was booked into jail Tuesday on an attempted murder charge.

His first court hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
