Kenneth Coble was driving a white 2008 Honda Pilot when he arrived with a 20-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman at about 9:25 p.m., according to police.
Miami Springs police officers arrested Coble, 35, referring to him as a “pimp.” Mando, a police dog, searched the Honda and found pills marked Oxycodone on the driver’s side, according to a police arrest report.
Court records show Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office deputies had arrested Coble, who was born in Tennessee and lives in Miami’s Upper East Side, on May 8 for a similar case with County Circuit Judge Ariel Rodriguez that closed on May 29.
Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office correctional deputies booked Coble shortly after 3 a.m., on Friday at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
Prosecutors filed a new case against Coble on Friday for two felonies and a misdemeanor. He faced charges of deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution, possession of a controlled substance, and directing another to a place of prostitution.
His bond was $10,150, but Coble will have to prove that the funds used for bail are not the proceeds of a crime and deal with a pending out-of-state fugitive warrant.
Coble’s extradition hearing was set for 9 a.m., on June 23. Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Jason Bloch was set to preside over the new case.
