According to an arrest report from the Opa-locka Police Department, Sean Bouie, of Miami Gardens, was arrested Saturday on a charge of attempted murder in the second-degree.
Police said the shooting occurred back on Jan. 18 at 220 Dunad Ave.
According to the report, detectives found six spent casings in the area directly south of an apartment unit.
Police said a witness told responding offices that Bouie and his sister came out of an apartment unit and began yelling threats to a group of people in a nearby unit.
The witness said Bouie then fired shots at the three victims, who ran off to avoid being hit.
According to the report, the victims told detectives that they were in fear of Bouie, who they said had harassed and threatened them, and claimed that his brother was also armed.
Police said one of the victims later went to the police station and identified Bouie in a photo lineup.
As of Monday, Bouie was no longer appearing in the online jail database.
The arrest report did not detail what led up to the confrontation between Bouie and the victims.
