MARGATE, Fla. – A 74-year-old woman from Margate has been reported missing, police confirmed Thursday morning.

According to Margate police, Elius Philisena was last seen around 3 p.m. Wednesday when she left her home in the 1100 block of Southwest 49th Terrace to go to an unknown food bank.
Police said Philisena left on foot and often takes the bus for transportation.
She was described by police as a Black female, who is 5 feet tall and about 195 pounds, with twisted gray hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a blue shirt and a black and white skirt.
