MIAMI — Authorities in Miami have located a man who they said had been reported missing and was considered endangered.
Police confirmed Tuesday morning that 19-year-old Joel Torres had been found, but they did not immediately say where he was located or give details about his condition.
Prior to being located, police said Torres had last been seen in the Coral Way area.
