Attorney Mark Eiglarsh said Subramanian didn’t hide his feelings when he said he thought of Combs as violent and a danger to the community before he denied his release.

“That’s not going to bode well for Diddy,” Eiglarsh said.

The 55-year-old music mogul could face up to 10 years in prison for each of the two convictions related to prostitution.

Eiglarsh said Subramanian was also likely to sentence Combs to three to five years of supervised release.

“If he screws up at all between those three to five years, continuing his freak offs or whatever else he is going to be doing, he will find himself right back in the pokey,” Eiglarsh said.

Eiglarsh said Combs will have an interview with the U.S. Probation Office before sentencing.

Combs will also face a long list of civil lawsuits. Eiglarsh said those are going to be challenging.

“I am concerned about stealth jurors,” Eiglarsh said.
