Miami-Dade County Public Schools earn ‘A’ rating

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Miami-Dade County Public Schools are earning top marks.

According to the Florida Department of Education, the district once again earned an “A” for the 2024-2025 school year.

According to a media release:

• Overall, 99% of M-DCPS schools received School Grades of A, B, or C in 2025

• 64% received grades of A

• 22% received grades of B

• 14% received grades of C

• No M-DCPS schools received a grade of F in 2025

“Our trajectory of excellence at Miami-Dade County Public Schools is a testament to the incredible work of our students, teachers, staff, and leaders,” said Schools Superintendent Dr. Jose L. Dotres. “We’re committed to providing the best educational opportunities and ensuring we remain the best choice for our community.”
