MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Two men captured in separate South Dakota cities in connection with the 2024 shooting death of a North Miami Beach smoke shop owner were brought back to South Florida and booked into jail Thursday morning.
Devon Collymore, 26, and Moises Ramirez, 23, were being held in Miami-Dade County’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.
They’re accused of participating in the June 11, 2024 murder of 35-year-old Salem Albakri at Miami Cloudz, located at 2063 NE 163rd St.
Authorities previously took accused gunman Tarvan Bowens Jr., 18, and alleged accomplice William Robinson, 23, into custody.

In early July, U.S. Marshals announced the captures of Collymore and Ramirez in Sioux Falls and Yankton, South Dakota, respectively.
According to Ramirez’s arrest warrant, a confidential source identified both him and Collymore in surveillance footage showing the murder; the source also tipped off investigators that Collymore had fled to South Dakota.
Authorities said data from Ramirez’s Instagram account showed that he, too, was in the Mount Rushmore State. Additionally, Ramirez was seen in photos on Robinson’s Instagram account, authorities said. In one photo, Ramirez appears to be sleeping – or pretending to sleep – while holding a rifle.
It’s not clear whether Collymore or Ramirez had any connections to South Dakota.
All four men suspected in the case remained held in the Miami-Dade jail system as of Thursday: Collymore and Ramirez at TGK, Bowens at the Metrowest Detention Center and Robinson at the Pre-Trial Detention Center.
