MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — As an investigation into a murder-suicide continued on Saturday in Miami-Dade County, videos show what appeared to be a couple arguing and tussling back and forth before the sound of two gunshots.
The videos appear to show a 48-year-old man shot his 29-year-old girlfriend inside a sports utility vehicle in Tamiami, pulled her body out of the SUV at a driveway, and fled, but deputies had yet to confirm this sequence of events.
Detectives found the woman dead at the 1000 block of the Northwest 127th Path and the man wounded after a crash at Southwest 107 Avenue and Third Street in Sweetwater.
Fire rescue personnel took the murder suspect and another injured during the crash to the hospital, according to deputies. The murder suspect died. Homicide detectives believe he died by suicide.
