FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — The Broward Sheriff’s Office have safely located a 30-year-old woman who was reported missing after detectives said the circumstances surrounding her disappearance was “suspicious.”
According to BSO, Summer Leo has been located after she was reported missing after leaving the Target store at 3200 North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale just before 7 p.m. Sunday.
Authorities said she was with a man who they identified as 39-year-old Timothy Bowman.
Codd said Leo was seen entering Bowman’s white BMW M340i with Florida tag AH34SK.
They said he was later detained for questioning and the investigation into Leo’s disappearance is “ongoing.”
Detectives have not said what the relationship between Leo and Bowman might be.
