PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. — A Korean BBQ and Hot Pot spot will celebrate its grand opening in Pembroke Pines.
KPot will open its doors on Monday at 15995 Pines Boulevard. A location that many Pembroke Pines residents have been watching.
Anyone visiting Costco or the shops off Dykes Road and Pines Boulevard has watched the location become several kinds of restaurants over the years and will be wondering if the new concept can buck the trend.
According to a media release, the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ and Hot Pot restaurant will feature built-in tabletop grills, individual hot pot burners, a full-service bar, and a tech-enabled service model, all designed to deliver a seamless, communal dining experience for guests.
Guests take charge of their meal by grilling meats and simmering broths at their table, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients, seasonings, and broths to choose from.
