Here is what Chef Michelle Bernstein is serving during Miami Spice

Cafe La Trova The Miami Spice promotion doesn't include this mojito from Cafe La Trova, a Michelin Guide selection that will be serving a Miami Spice dinner $45 menu in August and September.

MIAMI — The Michelin Guide described James Beard award-winning Chef Michelle Bernstein as “intrinsic to the city’s culinary scene,” and Miami Spice patrons will be able to count on her.

The star of SoFlo Taste is the genius behind Cafe La Trova, a Michelin Guide selection favorite in Little Havana that will celebrate Miami Spice with a $45 dinner menu from Sunday to Thursday.

Bernstein, a Miami native of Argentine-Russian and Jewish descent, included three course options that capture the melting pot on Calle Ocho.
