OAKLAND PARK, Fla. — Broward County Sheriff’s Office deputies asked the public on Thursday for help with finding a 28-year-old man who vanished six days ago.
Deputies with the missing persons unit reported Anthony Vargas, who has brown curly hair and brown eyes, was last seen at about 10:45 a.m. on Aug. 15, near the 5700 block of North Dixie Highway.
Vargas, of Oakland Park, is 5-feet, 6-inches tall, weighs about 130 pounds, has dental braces, and struggles with both mental health and drug addiction, according to deputies.
