CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — The FBI released pictures Monday of a masked man who they said robbed an Amerant Bank branch in Coral Springs earlier in the day.
According to FBI spokesman Jim Marshall, the robbery occurred around 11:45 a.m. at the bank branch located at 1755 N. University Dr.
Marshall said the robber entered the bank and demanded money from an employee.
Photos from the bank’s surveillance video shows the suspect dressed in a button-up shirt and slacks. He was also wearing a mask and sunglasses.
No injuries were reported.
Marshall declined to confirm the amount of money taken.
