HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — A crash involving a vehicle and a semi-truck shut down a portion of Sheridan Street on Saturday evening, according to the Hollywood Police Department.
The collision occurred around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Sheridan Street and 28th Avenue.
Hollywood Fire Rescue said one person was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
As of Saturday evening, all lanes of Sheridan Street at 28th Avenue remained closed while police continued their investigation.
