According to the Miami Police Department, the burglary occurred the night of Aug. 28 at the Paramount Miami Worldcenter building, located at 851 NE First Ave.

An arrest report identifies the suspects as Jason Icori Hill, 24, of Houston, Texas; Robert Emanuel Cormier, 28, and Seth Collier Bradford, 20.

Hill was arrested Sept. 2, and was the only suspect still appearing in Miami-Dade’s online jail database as of Tuesday morning.

According to his arrest report, the victim returned to her unit around 7:20 p.m. on Aug. 28 and discovered that some of her Cartier jewelry, with a combined value of about $57,100, was missing.

She also noticed that the exit door to her condo had been pried open, resulting in about $3,000 worth of damage.

According to the report, the victim called 911 and officers reviewed surveillance video which showed Bradford entering the lobby of the building shortly after 5 p.m. that day.

Police said he then opened the exit door of the stairway, allowing the two other suspects to enter.

Cormier was carrying an empty blue luggage bag, police said.

According to the report, the suspects were later seen in the video entering the elevator on the same floor where the victim lives. Police said Cormier was seen carrying a large black box with a black hoodie on top of it and Bradford was seen carrying a white Alo brand bag.

According to the report, the suspects then entered a black Ford Expedition bearing a Texas license plate.

The victim also reviewed the CCTV footage and confirmed that the Alo bag was hers, along with the safe, which she said had been stolen from her closet.

According to the report, Hill was initially arrested that same day during a traffic stop in Miami Beach.

Miami police later made contact with the Miami Beach police officer who arrested Hill and the officer identified Hill in the surveillance video taken from the Paramount building.

According to the report, the Miami Beach police officer confirmed that Hill’s co-defendants were with him when he pulled over their SUV and said he recalled seeing several red Cartier boxes in the backseat of the vehicle.

Details about what led to the Miami Beach traffic stop and arrest weren’t immediately released.

In connection with the Miami burglary, the suspects face charges of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, grand theft and criminal mischief.

As of Tuesday morning, Hill remained at the Metrowest Detention Center. Online jail records show he is being held without bond as he also has a fugitive out-of-state warrant to extradite.
