MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Three women who were born in China and were living in Miami-Dade County faced charges on Friday related to prostitution at three massage parlors, records show.
On Thursday, Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Chang Yang in the Sunset neighborhood, Yuping Song near the Biscayne Park neighborhood, and Yihong Luo in the Palmetto Estates neighborhood after raids and undercover operations, records show.
Miami-Dade deputies working undercover met Yang, 38, on Oct. 7 and Oct. 17 at 8746 SW 72 St.; Song, 51, on Oct. 27 and Oct. 29 at 11730 Biscayne Boulevard at Suite 104; and Luo, 40, on Oct. 7 and Oct. 17 at 9531 SW 160 St., records show.
M-DSO organized crime bureau’s vice intelligence squad found the business at 8746 SW 72 St. ran as 818 Healthy Inc., the business at 11730 Biscayne Boulevard ran as 888 Health Inc., and the business at 9531 SW 160 St. ran as 188 Healthy LLC, records show.
Inmate records show corrections booked Yang, Song, and Luo on Thursday night at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
Yang faced charges of practicing a health care profession without a license and practicing massage therapy without a license. Her bond was $500.
Song faced charges of third or subsequent prostitution violation, practicing a health care profession without a license, and two counts of practicing massage therapy without a license. Her bond was $650.
Luo faced charges of second prostitution violation, practicing a health care profession without a license, and two counts of practicing massage therapy without a license. Her bond was $650.
Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Michelle Ashby Delancy is set to preside over Yang’s case. Circuit Judge Milton Hirsch was set to preside over Song’s case. Judge Laura Stuzin was set to preside over Luo’s case.
