561 Predator Catchers, or 561 PC, a Delray Beach-based vigilante group associated with MMA fighter Dustin “Scrappy” Lampros, shared the video showing M-DSO Lt. Christopher J. Diaz admitting he had sent a sexual selfie to a user who had identified as a 15-year-old girl.

Miami-Dade Sheriff Rosie Cordero-Stutz verified Diaz’s employment after a Friday night video showing Diaz’s arrest on a battery charge in Palm Beach County went viral.

“I am outraged by the arrest of one of my deputies on criminal charges involving alleged contact with an individual who posed as a minor,” Cordero-Stutz said. “This behavior is unacceptable and represents a serious betrayal of the oath we swear and the trust our community places in us to protect our children.”

Miami-Dade Lt. Chris Diaz was arrested on Friday in Palm Beach County. Palm Beach County inmate records show Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office Lt. Chris Diaz was arrested on Friday for battery - touch or strike.

The video shows Lampros and Vitaly Zdorovetskiy, a YouTuber and prankster who streams on Kick, ambush Diaz, 50, outside the IPIC movie theater in Delray Beach.

“She said she was 15, yes ... I am 50 ... I actually thought she was 18 or 19 ... I knew this was coming. I get nothing from running. You guys have my phone number. You guys have my picture ... That’s my penis,” Diaz told Lampros when confronted, according to the 561 PC video.

The video also shows Diaz saying that he had made the initial connection while using dating apps. Records show corrections booked him at 2:55 a.m. on Valentine’s Day at Palm Beach County’s main detention center in West Palm Beach.

“We don’t work with them, we don’t work alongside them, we just call 911,” Lampros said about Delray Beach police officers’ involvement.

Cordero-Stutz said Diaz had been relieved of duty pending the results of an investigation. The video on Kick showing Diaz had over 43,000 views on Saturday afternoon.
