Also in central Gaza, Al Jazeera reported there was an Israeli strike on Sunday in the Nuseirat refugee camp.
In southern Gaza, The Times of Israel reported there was an Israeli strike on Sunday in the Khan Younis area.
The Israeli military announced on Saturday that Sharif Al-Hasnat, a Hamas militant, died after a strike in the city of Deir Al-Balah.
The Israeli military recently announced an investigation into the death of six people, including 5-year-old Hind Rajab, and two paramedics after Israeli forces fired in January 2024 in Gaza City, The Associated Press reported.
The Israel-Hamas war started after Hamas militants killed about 1,200 people on Oct. 7, 2023, in southern Israel.
