Espresso Martini
2 ounces vodka
½ ounce coffee liqueur
½ ounce simple syrup
double espresso (1½ ounces)
ice cubes
For garnish:
3 coffee beans
Equipment:
jigger
bar shaker
bar strainer
chilled coupe glass
Measure all ingredients for the espresso martini into a shaker. Add ice. Close and shake very, very hard.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with the coffee beans to garish.
