SUNRISE, Fla. — The Florida Panthers have big plans for their ring ceremony.

The Cats will host a special ceremony on Oct. 7 at 6:30 p.m.

It will be held at Amerant Bank Arena one night before the season opener against Boston.

Tickets to the event will cost fans $20 with proceeds benefitting the Florida Panthers Foundation.

President and CEO Matt Caldwell said, “We have always been a community-driven team and wanted to create a unique way for our fanbase to share in this special moment with our players and staff. As we prepare to raise our first-ever Championship banner, we look forward to celebrating with our loyal fans before beginning another season at Amerant Bank Arena.”

The event will feature speeches and video presentations.
