MIAMI – Florida Panthers forward Sam Bennett channeled his inner movie star during the team’s Stanley Cup celebration in Miami, delivering a line straight out of Hollywood — and straight to the hearts of Panthers fans.

While partying with teammates at Club E11EVEN Thursday night, Bennett grabbed the mic and shouted a message that replicated Leonardo DiCaprio’s famous line from The Wolf of Wall Street.

“I ain’t f---ing leaving,” Bennett said, echoing the line made iconic by DiCaprio’s portrayal of Jordan Belfort.

Fresh off a Conn Smythe Trophy-winning postseason, Bennett is an upcoming free agent — but his message to fans appeared to leave little doubt about where he wants to be.

The moment came as the Panthers took their Stanley Cup party south from Fort Lauderdale to downtown Miami, celebrating their historic win late into the night.

And while team officials haven’t made any formal announcement, Bennett’s words sounded like a promise to stay with the franchise that just captured back-to-back Stanley Cup championships.

If there was any question about his plans, Bennett may have already answered it — with all the passion of a champion who’s not ready to walk away from an organization that many in the national sports media are now calling a “dynasty.”
