PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — Miami Beach is doubling down on a preemptive law and order approach to prevent the annual chaos and crime that has come with Spring Break, but not without some blowback.
Curfews and closures are part of a crackdown that is occurring before this year’s Spring Break even gets underway.
