The return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the U.S. late Friday came with a plot twist.
Mistakenly deported to an El Salvador prison, accused as a gang member, and barred from reentry, the Justice Department now says a grand jury indictment charges Garcia with transporting undocumented migrants within the U.S.
