This Week in South Florida: Marvin Dunn and Richard Brodsky

Marvin Dunn, Richard Brodsky discuss filing lawsuit against pans for Trump library in Miami on TWISF

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — There continues to be pushback to the plans for a Donald Trump Presidential Library next to Freedom Tower in Downtown Miami.

Despite the legal arguments that the meetings about it were publicly noticed, the fact is nothing about giving away public land to a private entity, no matter what private entity, was ever made clear in any public notice.

The essential question is: why not?

Historian and retired FIU professor Marvin Dunn filed the lawsuit as a Miami-Dade citizen.

Dunn and his attorney, Richard Brodsky, joined “This Week in South Florida” host Glenna Milberg to discuss, and their conversation can be seen at the top of this page.
