PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — This time next year, Florida will be electing the successor to Governor Ron DeSantis.
The list of candidates for Florida governor got a little longer this week, as Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings is officially in.
That sets up a competitive Democratic primary, as former congressman David Jolly’s campaign is well underway, and Demings’ entrance guarantees the race will be more expensive for both.
Demings joined “This Week in South Florida” host Glenna Milberg to discuss, and their conversation can be seen at the top of this page.
