PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — All eyes will be on Tallahassee this week, where two months, maybe more, of debating questioning horse-trading and politicking will commence as the legislative session begins.

Florida senators and representatives will create new laws and fix some already on the books, and this year, making life more affordable for Floridians is a main talking point.

How to get there remains a big question.
