Florida House Speaker Daniel Perez discusses start of legislative session on TWISF

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — The Florida House of Representatives has already passed some high-profile bills during the legislative session, including re-lowering to 18 the legal age to buy a gun, over the objections of the people who represent Parkland, expanding wrongful death lawsuits to include the unborn, and they advanced plans to lower property taxes.

There will be a lot more to come in the next seven weeks.
