PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — Starting Monday, state lawmakers will have just three weeks left in the latest legislative session.

There are still several big plans that need to be ironed out before the dust settles.

State Rep. Ashley Gnatt, a Democrat who represents part of Miami-Dade County, and State Rep.
