Prosecutors cleared a Miami police officer in the March 7, 2024 shooting of a man experiencing a mental health crisis in the Liberty City neighborhood.

Miami-Dade prosecutors announced Thursday that they will not pursue charges against Donald Armstrong, who authorities said was tased and shot multiple times by Miami police officers back in March.
